A MNC company told their Singapore local management here to die die must employ foreigner for cheap better and faster, cheap meaning pay, better meaning easier to control, better meaning young, energetic and more importantly just work and less arguement like locals. Given no choice, local Management seek FTs and Foreign workers to fill up the post inorder to satisfy their MNC lord, otherwise, no more BMW and Condos, till the very end, even if these foreigner are Trash, they also bring them in to align the objective of their MNC lords. This will utlitmately kill local singaporeans and their own childrens in the future.
Bosses of MNC alway argue, we are a MNC conglomerate, our employees are multi national in every country, so singapore is not much different, we have an Multi National citizen employees, MNC employees.
