Already at wits end liao... after you publish your mother's act hor.. maybe she will go commit suicide lah.. then you can jump for joy lor... hopefully she havn't write her will yet lah.. got right of survivorship you see.
2nd group are the fakers . These people act only .. get attention.. get sympathy. Really they no guts de. Take advantage of people kindness.. very annoying . Today don't die.. they will try another day to die... never ending de lah. These kind of people make it very difficult for other genuine cases to get real help.. very selfish lor.

2nd group is try to coax you.. tell you everyone love you. want to give you free hugs. all the BS .. useless de lah. But make themself feel good that they try only .
3rd group.. is those try to knock some sense in you. If you still very stubborn.. then they will step back.. and watch you jump lor. The most call police.. ambulance come collect your body only wat.

One that refuses to acknowledge his internal issues and automatically assumes he's better than majority of the population. Not incredibly surprising but this self-assurance had to come from somewhere. Good that you've seen suicides. But I bet you never performed an autopsy.
A typical habit of most causes/sufferers of suicide victims, is they either convince themselves that that person was never really worth caring about since they don't care about their own life, to get over it. Because they refuse to appear pathetic. They act tough, and carry on with their own lives perpetually pissed off/disturbed.
Perhaps a slight humility will do you good. There truly are ugly sides to this world. Issues are plenty. Don't masturbate 24/7. Go out and do something for society. Internet is pointless.

I don't enjoy conflict. Even more so with people I've never met. Just as I never know the shit you've taken in your life, you don't know mine.
Everyone's had to deal with problems. Just like most, I come here to share mine. Not be personally attacked by a complete stranger who knows so little.
Unless my statements imply I am somewhat as spoilt as you have described. I do not enjoy fighting fire with fire. But I do not enjoy being insulted in this manner either. I've looked after myself just fine for almost 20 years. Just because I chose to be a pianist over being a lawyer does not give anyone the right to verbally assault me everyday. I tarik. But to the maid or anyone else? I won't allow it.
If you think for one minute that I actually enjoy this, I don't. We're all human beings. I haven't shed a tear in years. Not ONE. I'm a woman k. I think most women are pretty strong and can look after themselves. I stay here because I want to be here should anything serious happen. I won't leave her side. I got her a pet cat hopefully to keep her happy. Doesn't work. I always listen. But someone who calls the rest of her family members uneducated and poor, who places herself on a pedestal, who tried to send her own mother to an old folks home...shit like that. Hmmm. Had I not stopped her, grandma would be there. I can't allow her to rip my family apart.

AND before you fire back, NO. I do not portray myself as anything heroic or whatever words you might want to use. I'm just another person. I don't talk much but I observe alot. So naturally people think I'm stupid or something.
But at the end of the day, I have to differentiate what's right and what's wrong, whether I like it or not. Single mum, so what. It never gave me, or her, any right to treat anyone else with disdain simply because I feel I've swallowed alot of shit in my life. Rich? So what. I never enjoyed the luxury of it. I refuse to. I sleep on the couch, btw. And frankly, I don't care even if my family sleeps under a bridge if we're born hobos. What's most important is we're there for each other, which we're not. I've been fiercely protective over her to the point even I lost friends. It only took me many years to come to terms that she's gone completely overboard.
I'm happy with life. It's just this issue. Life's still beautiful. There are difficult decisions to make and I made one.

seriously your mom has serious issues deep inside her. maybe its during her childhood, whatever, your mom is simply out of control. someday somewhere, someone is going to teach her a lesson.

To solve this very simple family problem, you took the complicated route.. one that is bound to destroy the family you "claim" you want to keep in harmony. Naturally, people will wonder about your intellect.
Simple solution to a simple problem. Stop hiring full time maid.
Your mother will never listen to you.. because you are her daughter.. you must know your rightful place.
A scornful person can only be disciplined by an authoritative figure. You are not the one to lecture her of life.
A cat for your mother ? A cat/pet is a burden for one who so desire freedom. She hasn't got rid of you yet.. now you brought another. Or is this but another of your self-serving act ?
