Guys,courts lawyer send me a letter state: take note that our clients repuire you to make full payment of$3056 of the debt together with interest ... Failing which our clients shall commence proceedings against you to obtain an ORDER OF TRIAUNAL. Our clients may commence enforcemen pro against you but nt limited to a WRIT OF SEIZURE & Sale. Guys wat will happen to me? I cant pay out the lump sum.

You can also send a letter back to them stating that they should consider dropping these charges against you, afterall, you only need this desktop to post in sgforum, so naturally, they can also charge sgforum for luring people as member and in desparate, need a pc to communicate and do the posting.

Writ of Seizure ==> you don't pay them, they will come over to seize your PC.

Let the virus take place a month later, once seizure takes place, the underwriting is only 2 weeks, by the time the PC goes into aution like Ebay or as second hand, the one who bought it, good luck. Hope he can sue back the maker

Can afford the initial payment, then the sale gals keep persuing and asked him to buy, then he looks at his account, still can afford to buy, then the marketing people tell him, no interest, buy already can surf porn, sgforum and many other web, you dun hv to go library or borrow from frens to surf anymore, then his heart cannot take it anymore, buy lor....so blame who?? the consumer market or the people or CASE? -

You owe them $3,056.00.
Presumably that includes interest plus late payment penalties, anyway it is more than what the PC is worth.
Check if they can seize other things, like your motorbike, your tv etc.

what the heck? Just ignore them la. Its only a stupid PC. If they are going to jail you for it, I'll laugh big time. This is singapore not saudi arabia where they chop off the hands of stealers.

Purchase and payment by installment, or hire purchase.
The former they will want to recover what owe to them, so it will most probably involve seizure of thePC or other valuables.
If the latter, they will repossess.
But I think, the Sheriff will most probably come a knocking with his stickers.

confirm devalue alot alr. you should have paid your instalment diligently.
since its on instalment, the law states that it still belongs to the company until its fully paid for.
They will take back that PC, and you still have to top up that shortfall, since the value of pc they collect back is lower than what they sold you at.
If you have the cash, just pay.
Writ of seizure and sales mean that they will go to your house, place a seal on everything, and try to sell them off, until they recoup back their money. Its very humiliating.
Or you can prepare to go to jail, with a permanent blackmark to your name
