Both of you will be charged as long as there is a police report cos it would be deemed as public deviancy. U cannot ''win'' anything unless u furnish medical proof certified by a doctor and after the criminal charges (if any) have been resolved by the courts only then would u be be able to press charges or make claims in a civil court - frankly, an expensive affair. The same is for him.

Police will not disturb you, everynite my place here also got old man beat young punks, young man beat ah nehs, pimps whack streetwalkers for touching their gals, singaporeans beat foreign bangalas,...police come and go like shift work, nothing happens, policemen go home happily, we close shop happily counting money, clients go back drunk, and happy, at least can vent their power here. -
I told u to PM me, but nothing, i know alots of police commissioners, the 363 and 969 or ang ki mafiaso's assholes, the underground V and many other connection, who is this guy, ask him if he want to settle in court, police station, joo chiat, ecp or any place also can, just name it. Even subordinate lawyers and judgies also come my place and drink, what he wants somemore??
