i am having problem bringing my thai girlfriend to singapore. she ever work in singapore thai disco for 2 months.
What is the procedure of bringing her to singapore for long term and how can i bring her child to come singapore to study.
Please help!!!!

er. problem is that now she cant even come in to singapore. she try come last month but she was sent back.

sorry as of Sg ICRA regulations, only social pass can be granted for a short period ....
that applies also in case she becomes your wife...unless she attain her PR...

Book a registration at ROM. Ensure she has a copy of the acknowledgement and make it known to the officer when at Singapore Immigration. It should allow her and her dependent to come over(1month visa)... unless she has a police case against her, which will mean 3 years no entry... no contention whatsoever.

It is nigh impossible for her to obtain PR status and moreover she having worked as a .... surely would be perceived negatively by the authorities. What more with a kid! Only chance is that of you having good education and wages that are considered tenable for you to be able to sustain ... in the case of unforeseen eventualities.

TS, your girlfriend is not a good candidate to get whatever permit......
This is not my business as it is your personal private matter, but I would say you yourself also need to wake up and re-consider the viability of any long term relationship with a Thai disco girl.

Definately your thai gf who worked in thai disco must have other illegal activites that spore authorities will not want her to come back in spore.

Yar, maybe GF-status only even more difficult than wife, which seems difficult enuf already.
Judging from the earlier posts, i find it interesting that Sgp is willing to accept working-foreigners easily, but when it comes to a spouse situation, they make it so difficult. Although I can think of a few reasons why, perhaps this isn't helping the issue with birthrates?

2. If ICA don't know of her work, she can be granted.
3. But if she has made frequent trips, they can suspect and refuse.
4. You can post a security bond, show that you are rich and have a reputable job.
5. Find out the truth from your gf, many men are surprised.

if she ever gana from police be4, even if you marry her, she still cant come into singapore.
there a case where the wife (china) was caught for been prostitude be4. even with a married cert, she cant come into singaporea. and the man got no choice but to call the wanbao (晚报)....
