16 already drink liao, the problem is that in singapore, a gal at 28yo still act very childish and immature, hell, other countries already married and get on with life, yo, just because here peoples marry late does not mean most are still childrens ya.
In taiwan and even in the west, at 22yo is consider a mature lady, and sad to say that even the guy here at 25yo sound like 8 yo kids

Drink moderate is ok, in fact good for your health.
Drink too much will be harmful to your health.
And mostly, people over drink it and drunk. What get rape or wallets/mobiles stolen.
