Heh,
first & most important issue: you're married. You should at least keep the commitment towards your wife. If your sudden interest in other females is cause you both " communicate very much lesser than before" I think you should start talking to her. Re-ignite the passion & love between the both of ya and all. Oh and it's not evil to have affection for another girl despite having a wife, it's just unfaithful. And in all probability it's related to your relationship with your wife.
Second issue: it's quite hard to concentrate on work if you're thinking about other people. Especially if the person distracting you is always in your vicinity. And i'm pretty sure you already know of that.
Then again, if you deal with the first issue the whole issue should go away and the second issue with it. ^_^
