Maybe it is his nature of work. In some working place, the guy is surrounded by older married people, not many singles around. I know a friend who work as factory supervisor, surrounded by guys day in and day out.I know another dude works in advertising, he get access to all the chicks, he change gf once in 6 months.

Dunno about internet, I never go out wif anyone thru the internet.Frankly for the average singaporean, you work and then go back home to sleep. So the people you got most interaction wif is your work colleagues. So where else you can find ladies??? If all your former school friends already attach n married, how you think you can meet ladies?
Lucky for me, I am active in some association and social clubs, there is where I met my gf.

Frens will eventually get married...if you don't settle down in time, you may find it hard to find people with the same age as you to hang out with. Most married guys are too busy wif their wives and kids. And you may also find it hard to access to social groups that are younger than you. -
it just goes back to the wrong system of things that created so much dissensions and messed up the gender policy...which leads on today's record low fertility rate and increasing singles ...
the system simply ignores their backfiring policy
