Well, 16yo is a legal age to engage in Love, that was what our last generation did, married early, give birth to babies earlier in life, end up enjoying the fruits of growing up kid at forties, and most kids like me which was borne by younger parents tend to be healthier and stronger.There is no reason that why love cannot go along with studies, as long as you plan well and she understand, in actual fact, it can help to improve your studies, like my brother, he did not do well in A level but managed to get into Uni, he then got a 16yo gf, my Dad was very disppointed, cos he thot he will drop out, but somehow, he did very well, get a govt scholarship which we rejected, cos Dad dun wan him to work for the govt, now he is married, got a son and very happy with life. But I am very wary of his wife, my sister in laws.

Again, ts better study hard and get good results instead of having a 16 yr old gf.

ya, even my lecturer who got married at a young age, took his MBA and PhD while his 2 sons was born. Sometime, having a understanding gf like me, you can excel better in your studies, gf can provide the support and encouragement. And Given that your relationship is stable and the future is clear, most will put their uptmost to pursue excellency in education so as not to let down gf support and encouragment.

Not all lah, even that 1 out of 300, given 6million, you can get 300000 to pick from, most ministers and scholars had their love relation at a very young stage, even LKY get his gf during his schooling days at cambridge, once gf and bf relationship is stable, they then can go on and excel in their studies and career, see many late age relation go sour because of the need to built career and no time for his gf or her bf, it is better to build your nest early. Many here are olso singles, cos they took the wrong way, alway think relationship can damage their study and careers, end up now old, ugly and fat fat...haiz...even got gf also becos of money
