Hairloss problem! :(

I have thinning hair problem since last year and it's really troubling me alot as most of the hairfall control shampoo and similar products do not seem to work well for me. It's really frustrating to see my hair dropping at a crazy rate! :(
I've been considering going for hairloss treatment services. Do share experiences. Thank you :)

Sometimes, it's actually in the mind.
When i first thought my hair was thinning, I was so engrossed with it that i actually counted every hair that dropped and literally made a big fuss over it.
Subjected to such stresses, a normal person would drop more than hair too.
Though that's said, it depends on your age.

If you are an old uncle, lost hair nevermind lah,
But if you are a young guy, that will be a bit sad, but not to worry, still can do for men.
I think Hair loss is much much better than money lost. So, be cool ya

Its very simple actually to avoid thinning of hair
1) Avoid MSG food
2) Too much protein in your diet actually cause hair thinning (protein consist of red meat). Therefore if possible become a vegetarian instead add plant protein into your diet for healthier hair. Avoid all animal products too.
Drink 8 glass of water daily + eat raw leafy varieties of vege daily + eat more local fruits + eat ur brown rice + avoid additivies, flavouring, MSG, animal source products.
What you consume reflects on your outlook
3) Do not use shampoo. Use "shampooless" or "no Poo" method for your hair.
(Rinse with water only, massage with tips of your fingers onto ur scalp)
** Do not use any chemicals onto your hair!

if you're a guy, accept it... shave it all off if you have to.. there is nothing more undignified than a guy with thinning hair trying to disguise it with wigs, combovers and other silliness...

Haha, i have this best pal that was quite good looking.
Me stand with him, i was always second best and he got a lot of female attention and because of this i was always jealous and yet proud to be his friend at the same time.
But God knows .. he got inflicted with this hairloss problem and right now i can safely say I am more good looking than him le !! =P

Harlow.. If that fella was a REAL pal, he would have take into concern the feelings of his other pals and shared the food on his plate.But no, he was selfish and kept everything to himself. So right now, god bestow him with this hairloss problem, he spent 4k on this thing, but still didnt help with the situation. I call it karma.
Dont start pointing fingers loh. If you are not image conscious, then you might as well shave your head al bald lah. Dont come in here and fret about losing all your hair.

You can alway go for hair transplant, per hair $7, so if you transplant 1000 hairs, that will cost you $7,000 not inclusive of consultation, Gst, Tax and admin fees

Propecia or proscar, pill. get from m'sia or thailand cheaper.
Minoxodil - lotion to apply on scalp. I don't like this coz it's messy and hinders me style hair.
Hair transplant if you got the money. Last time one doctor quoted me $7k.
Tried Biolyn before - no use.
Using Natur Vital (that ad on tv) now - not bad, but my condition has already stablised. Now hair is good :)

but most doctor cannot even treat their own hairloss, and most guys who went for transplant, hv to use their lower hair to transplant on their head, so funny..hahaha

There are 3 things you should know.
1) Herbal treatment is BULLSH*T. It costs more than the actual medical solutions. I'm talking about the advertisements you see on TV and on MRT trains.
2) The only 2 medical treatments certified and proven are the application of minoxidil lotion and consumption of propecia pills. The former is cheaper and has less side effects, while the latter is usually more effective. (Try the former first)
3) There are other that work, to a certain extent, but do not exactly tackle the problem. First is hair transplant. Basically grab some hair from one part of your body and place it at your bald patch. Freaking expensive, but instant results. The hair will drop there after a period of time though. Second is the laser treatment. This one SUPPOSEDLY works, cos it has been endorsed by a fkload of doctors. Obviously, it is helluva expensive. Just check up on how much Ryan Giggs spent on this.
If you are really comtemplating treatment, take it seriously and not simply ask this on a forum. PLEASE do some research. This is a HEALTH issue. Some of the treatments that cheats/conman offer you can get you killed, impotent or so on. Best to consult your family doctor first.
PS: Hairloss can sometimes be due to stress and malnutrition.
