clandestine, its in the psyche and biological setup of guys to have affairs and to cheat... the society expectations of having one partner, whether girlfren or wife, goes against this inner psyche....look at it this way..... guys are biologically setup to mate anytime, meaning that it is biologically possible for a normal healthy guy to impregnate a girl today.. and then goes off to impregnate another girl tomorrow... and so on....
therefore this inner psyche to keep looking for new mates... nothing personal against his existing mate, its just a biological setup and need... and hence, this attraction with girls with a nice round ass or big boobs... which tradtionally are signs of fertility
but for girls, the biological setup is to mate once, and when the girl is pregnant, biologically she has to carry the pregnancy for a long time.... the inner psyche is to look after the offspring... so the attractions that girls look for in guys are his ability to provide for the offspring
with this explanation, i probably make this whole affairs thing sound cheap, crude and simplistic... but this is just a simple psychological summary of the inner tendencies of guys and girls
