What do you mean they will just pair you with someone? I thought their methodology is you go and join a specific event and 'HOPE' to meet someone of your interest in the event. I dun think SDN has pairing service leh. If have, should have tonnes of ppl queue up 了呱?
Also, people tend to go match making events with a checklist one. You dont fulfil a criteria in the checklist then you get strike off le. 我���呢.
