The law is funny, but it is there.
In rape cases the issue is always on consent. The guy will claim that consent was there.
The court will determine if there is really consent.
You say yes with condom, that means no without condom. He will argue that you agreed without condom. So go to Courts, and trash it out.
Also when you agree, and while he is humping, you say "Stop" he must stop immediately and pull it out, otherwise from that point onwards its rape. No kidding.

actually i come to a conclusion. i think all he wants frm me is sex. for the past 6 mths everything went well so i dont undst why things turned sour just bcos of this sexual issue. for his argument sake, im willing to do it but only if its a protected one. some of u misundst my issue. its not abt if i want or dont want to have it with him. the question is, IF i am willing to have it with him, how do i persuade him to have a protected sex instead.. but its ok. his true colours are revealed. cant believe he didnt pick my calls up bcos of this issue.. sigh..

It is not your job to persuade him to have unprotected sex. Just make it clear that if he doesn't agree, then there will be none. His insistence on having unprotected sex is clear indication of the kind of guy he is. It just shows that he has no respect for you. Maybe you should move on and away from him. -
