ooh yes i m channeling it to gyming and running.
Doing that twice a week, last time i was heavily involved in badminton,
going to take that up too.
Its just the transition from couple to singlehood.
That sucks the most, also knowing that your ex is already dating someone else/
about to get together with someone else, is even worse!

I broke up and my life changed... I go clubbing without any nagging, buy everything i want without someone to stop me, drink beer and fart all day long at the tv without any repurcussions... life is wonderful...

TS, time will heal. Different guys have different time length to heal. U might take longer. It is ok to feel lonely, sad and kind of desperate. It is normal. It will get back to normal one day. Come on, you can do it man!
