Back to the topic, oh mine, myself as a gal believe that we, the modern gal, do not go for such jewellery stuff, we prefer if our bf or hubby to be gives us a property or some other tangible asset like investment, shares and shops. Going for jewellery stuff are those gal who are still living in old days of my grandma, a bit old fashion, as for me, i will rather hope my bf buy me gold in paper form, I know some gals love sentimental stuff, but that is in the past, be more realistic, tell your gf, diamond depreciate very fast, why not save for better investment for the good of both of you in future.
Frankly, I had pick up some ring in my pub when a gf or wife come and check on their husband or bf, then they get into quarrel, then the girl or wife throw the ring away on their face, then these guys run after them, so i quickly go find and pick the ring and kept, if next day, no claim, i go Maxi pawn shop and pawn it away, that is why i said, ring for what??
