Get HDB must get married (i.e ROM) within 3months.

No marriage, no divorce.
Divorce must wait 4 years of separation. 3 years with separation must have consent from other party. Below 3 years, even harder, must prove adultery, must prove desertion of 2 years etc.

you get engage, go ROM and register, no need to go thru those traditional and invitation stuffs, then you can go apply for house, go for a 5 years investment, by that time, you can get a divorce and can sell your house to make a profit, that will be more worthy then what stupid ring?? Okay, the profits within that 5 years, assuming when u sell, the price is right.
What if the guy refuse to sell? You never heard of HDB recovering flats from divorcees who did not manage to sell in the short 6 months and you get only the valuation value and all of it goes back CPF after deductions from crap admin, deductions from grant, blah blah.
So yeah VICTORY cpf got more $$$?
5 years of anticipation to be screwed by GUYS.

That's why both must be sure that they agree that they get ROM so as to make money later, this is one of the loop hole you can venture in singapore housing, some people just buy a bride and then get a house, so as to sell away later, both the house and the bride.Aiyo, you can loan from bank mah, just ask you, as a normal wage earners, in 5 years time can you save a few hundred thousand dollars?? with the inflation today and years to come, bet you dun even got any saving or merely enuf to do renovation.
