  Hi, does anyone know any counselling service in Singapore? I am having a tough time in my life and feeling very down...Bad things happened to my family and my personal life. I could not sleep well at night and need someone to tell me how to get back to track. Thanks.

  Hi leo_script, if you feel uncomfortable seeing counsellors face to face, I was introduced by my friend to this online counseling service http://www.icounsel.sg. They have counsellors who specialize in depression, family counselling, relationship counselling I think...Hope you are good
