Breaking any kind of addiction is hard, and I know you will be facing a tough battle.
Btw, I think drinking coffee may or may not be the best solution. Perhaps you will develop caffeine addiction later leh ? Then it will be another problem. You may have insomnia, physical reaction and cravings, and ever-increasing caffeince dosage.
I have a tip for you,
If you have time, try to excercise.
Seriously this is a very good tip.
Say for example in the late afternoons, go to cycle to the beach........you can enjoy sports, recreation, sightseeing, panoramic appreciation, all in one.......this is what I do.
After you do this sports, you will feel better.
Sports is a natural and wholesome kind of "high", it can supplant any kind of addiction. Just try it..!
Also, keep us updated with your daily logs ..! Use this forum as your journal. This can help you as well.

Cannot lah, you ask him go beach, later see we gals in bikinis and big ones...he do it again, and the more he exercise the more he feels stronger and wanted to do more, what a lame solution you give him, it may kill him.

Distracted myself in the morning by playing a FPS game. Came out to work. Reward myself with a cup of coffee. Trying to focus on work now. Wish me luck.

You can also divert your mind on other brain-cell burning hobbies, like WeiQi.
There is WeiQi association in Middle Road. Got website also. When you focus on playing this ancient chinese chess, you will forget many things. You can even take exams and become pro. Or take part in contests and win money. Using your mind power on a useful habit like this is meaningful and worth your while.

While putting it off, develop another habit. A bad habit cannot be eradicated, it can be replaced, by another bad or good habit.

going to talent show are mostly those got talent one, so end up trying to sneak a route to richness. Those real talent ones where got time to for these type of talent show?The different is that China produce more conmen and conwomen talent and taiwan more mob and mafiaso talent.

Singapore Govt is a big Mafiaso clan too, got legal pros shops, casinos, loaning of money and also high taxation, not much different from taiwan private mafia, just that taiwan mafia are more understanding, sympathetic to the poor and only go after the rich instead of the poor which sg govt use to go after. -

Hello, to be a Conman or woman is not easy hor, it is a talent, and as singaporeans are being conned every now and then by PRC gals and guys on the street, I think singaporeans are the most talentless of all.
