- Light some candles, switch off the lights and watch them - what are you thinking about?
- Light some candles, put on some soft music and read an interesting book. Ex: About the Healing Art of Gemstones or Places to visit before you die.
- Light some candles, pour something delicious to drink and take a long hot bubble bath.
- Visit the biggest Art Museum (The Louvre) online. www.louvre.fr
- Change your hair color!
- Learn to Meditate.
- Start a journal. Continue with it.
- Create a GOAL, FINANCIAL or FUN PLAN for your life.
- Host a party, dinner or birthday party. Plan it.

- Wash something. Ex: Car, bicycle, dog, walls, fridge, face.
- Go fishing or bird watching.
- Learn how to make deliciously different smoothies.
- Bake something.
- Jog, cycle, go for a walk.
- Learn the art of Potato Printing.
- Learn to make Thumbprint Faces.
- Learn how to play a new family game.
- Add some "sparkle" to a neglected room or area - a few flowers, a throw, new scatter cushion or two, some photo's.
- Wash your hairbrush, the dog's hairbrush, someone that have hair's hairbrush.
- Buy some fresh fruit. Slice, dice, eat.
- Take 10 very deep breaths in, slowly release. How does that feel? Oxygen everywhere, even the brain.
- Plant a fruit tree. Cherry trees are beautiful.
- Make a herb garden.
- Write a Poem.
- Do something totally silly then do it one more time!
- Doodle.
- Take an IQ, personality or fun test online. What have you learnt about yourself?
- Dream. Dream BIG.
- Go for your dream!

I am not here to preach, but just... have you been paying attention today? Are you addicted to porn, or are you addicted to the feelings that pornography creates for you? Very often, as my personal experience have come to reveal, it is just the feelings that I was attached to. Lust is inherent in people. It is just... just. You mothers brought boys up in a world showered with emotions, and with all the feelings ingrained in you, it is natural human reaction for a guy (I presume u are), to react when you see the opposite gender. Because the mother's second nature other than to love, is to provide nourishment, be it in the form of milk (!!), security, or company. The problem about lust, is not the pictures themselves. The problems lies in YOUR, yes, YOUR disability to see it for what they really are.

I promise myself, that each day I managed to avoid watching porn, I will reward myself with a delicious drink, like a dark mocha ice blended at Starbucks, or Black Forest @ Coffee Bean, or even a strong brew @ TCC. Yes, I'm going to turn into a caffeine addict, BUT, it's still a much better addiction than PORN, which will continually ruin my life if I CONTINUE ON THIS WAY.
