Can I make a police report?

I've been cheated by a girl of $1300 in total. She claims she have just won a lottery and deposit all money into her newly opened bank account. She said she opened her account without any ATM.
So got one day she said she needed cash as her money cant be withdrawn. She never asked for my help but I offered her my cash of $350 first. Why I did so was because she had been very nice to me and even paid for all the expenses when we go out. We even grow close together in a very short time.
Few days later, she need some more cash as she needs more expensive medicine for her cancer. So again I lend her whatever I had, another $350.
And again few days later, she said she need $500 to pay the credit bureau at the bank to release her ATM card early for her account. She did not asked me for help, but I offered her my help again. This time, I sacrificed my Iphone4 to help her get the cash. She promised once she got hold of her ATM card, she would buy me a new set the next day.
When the next day comes, we plan to meet after she had settled with her banking stuffs. She made me wait and wait for 4 hours but she never turn up.
She had promised me many things like paying for my paris trip, offering me 10k as a savings and all. Of course I found it too good to be true. Why I offered my cash was bcuz i think its a risk I must take to see if she is really genuine or not. But the risk wasnt worth at all.
Now Im left with nothing. I sacrificed my job, my Iphone and my cash for her. And I got no money to get a new Iphone. I need to get it asap otherwise my family will lecture me if they found out what I did.
So can I make a police report about this? I dont think so I can as I lack evidence.

i didnt have sex with her. so dnt get excited. 1300 is my one month pay of my previous job. but now i got no money to buy a new iphone.

Anyway, blame it on greed. Her tactic was to lure you first that she is a rich girl... den subsequently ask you to pay more than wad she gave earlier.
For this, you can report to the police, it depends on luck, but you may actually end up getting your money back if the police manages to catch her. Shouldnt be a big problem, especially when you have her handphone number. -
