Anyway, suck it up. at least you have a job. Stop thinking you're stupid, people around you aren't that smart either. You can always try to socialise more with your colleagues, like having lunch with them or something. =)

republic poly ah lol. Their opening made a lot of diplomas lower their value.....or rather, slower in attaining a higher value.

Sounds like office politics. u dun know how to talk and speak up, u would be better off getting out. sry for the bluntness but if u wont talk and work smart and speak for URSELF, no point. get out. staying on only makes u more depressed. qualifications dont get you far in this world. no big mouth, no achievment.

I got verbally abuse by both the senior and junior predecessors. But the junior one is much more irritating as his/her position is lower than mine and I could sense his/her s_______ from afar and yet he/she dares to talk down to me. Add to that, I'm not very experience and/or smart person that reads people well or maybe even my work. I ask stupid questions and get them all riled up. It seems like I don't even deserve to go for studies as many jobs previously held thought I am uneducated and even discourage me to drop out of school.
I don't understand loads of things at work and this job demands me to be as independent as possible.
After getting this job, lots of people that I met recently puts me down (really furiously), I even got my stepmum angry at me and she threatens that if I don't properly utilize my brains, I would be thrown out of the house because I shamed her. (She's a personification of Narcissus)
Sometimes I don't know what kind of job I could do well in without getting into trouble or even passing. I am really envious of people that could think on their feet.

"U r wat u believe u r". So continue lah, if u still think u r failure, u canot do tis or tat, u will continue to be a loser.
Say tis "I am successful, I can do tis, I can do tat. I believe in myself". Then a lot of good thing will come to u. Dun believe? Ok, try the way u been using all the while, see what good benefit it do to u all these years.

1) You are not stupid
2) I was from that green school. Green school people are highly independant and seek for answers themselves.
3) Your empolyer does not value your curiousity, eager and willingness to learn.
4) You need to adapt in this environment because life is 100x worst than your current situation.
5) Your current situation will make you stronger in life, in general
6) Your position requires you to be independant. Tell them: "If I do not know the stuff, how am I going to help you". They will be more willing to teach you.

i am stupid for an office job too, careless to my work, always mistake. Colleague stab my back , sigh, feeling pressure, should i change my job?

You make mistake because your hands are doing something, you mind is thinking something else.
You must concentrate on the task at hand.
Surely you can do that.
And don't get any other ideas.
