suffering from depression? confusion? frustration? i really dunoe.... :(
Whats the problem with me?
I knew there something deep in my heart which till now I couldn’t open up since.
It lead me to confusion… unable to focus my work stuff. Trying so hard to get over things and telling my colleagues how to overcome my problems. They will asked me what problem I facing. I told them they are accumulated. I have been depressing myself for almost a month or so? Telling my bf about these problems only help at that moment.
He told me to ignore these stuffs… my heart is struggling for a better life, a better me.
i have even a friend, told me, dun “Zua Niu Jiao Qian” – thinking too extreme I guess., face the problem and be brave.
It is always to be said than done. I took every question as a burden, and seem every question to me needed to be commited.
Taking things too hard, too serious.
I couldn’t really enjoy things I wanna do like how my friends did.
Etc, going for a holiday… I will worried for transport how to go home when I reach Singapore? Etc etc..
Going to work, first thing come to my mind is what to do first? But I have left many things undone, untouched….
But it don’t seem to help at all.
What should I do?
School
School has always been tough.
Social – however, my toughest thing is to face my coursemates.
For instance, I will feel rather bad that I shared my school stuffs with Team A, not Team B, etc. or dining in, I will feel bad when I know my coursemate will paid for my drinks, that I obliged to jus accept the offer by them most of the time.

I rush my stuffs, end up loads of mistakes. I should check it but Im lack of patience.

Becos of this accumuatated problems, I couldn’t get over it, I think of ending my life… but I have no courage over it.

and in the end, i think you found your own answer oreidi.... that is only you can solve your own problem
but u oreidi have the answer but u dont seem to accept the answer... u take yourself and your surrounding and people around you too seriously.. u will be prone to feeling upset and depression if you continue.. learn to smile more and laugh more
just relax more ba... dont so tense or so upset over small things. take more coffee breaks. talk more to your friends. continue to discuss with your boyfriend. chill out

Right now you are confused.
The problem with you is that you do not know how to deal with things one by one. You tend to try to deal with all your problems at the same time, which you can't, and you get frustrated and even more confused.
Think about this, if I give you one big bowl of rice, and you can't finish it, what do you do?
Worry about how to finish it? Get angry with me for giving you a big bowl of rice? Get frustrated while you struggle to finish it? You see, you let your negative emotions control you. If I were you, I'll simply eat as much as I want and screw the rest i.e. throw away, leave it, give to someone and etc.
"going for a holiday… I will worried for transport how to go home when I reach Singapore" - instead of worrying, you can simply take a cab home or no money? google in advance, find out the bus/train routes that can bring you home or ask your bf.
Remember this, for any problem, find a working solution first, it doesn't have to be perfect, but you need to learn to understand the flaws and improve the solution. There's a saying, the more you do something, the better you get at it.

I won't jump into conclusion what conditions you are suffering now, but what I can clear tell is that you are having a difficult phase in your life right now. Yeah, i tried listing out the problems..realize that some problems or worries are created by myself..unecessary stress.. It is better to let it go then i holding on it.
Things starting to improve recently, i have better sleep.
Happy or sad also counted as one day. Why i dun choose to be happy?
Maybe those problems i have may not have solutions now... leave the problems aside if could not be solved... solution may come one day ba, hopefully. (wonder what is the phrase for this sentence??):)
