I think the TS may have a geniune case here... Just because you all never had a relative such as his uncle doesn't mean there isn't 1 such person around. My advice to the TS... At this stage, you need to adobt the Godly attitude already, forgive and forget. Forgive your enemies. As for your life, just because it's in bad shape now doesn't mean it's in bad shape forever. Why would you say you have no future when the Macdonalds founder was a poor salesman all the way until 50+ years old, and from there on he actually started building his empire... You haven't 50 years old you already give up, then you cannot expect others to have faith in you... To have others believe in yourself, first and foremost, you must believe in yourself. From my experience, no point in zi bao zi chi (self defeating attitude), you must embrace the "no matter how tough life is, i am tougher than it, i will survive and become successful" type of attitude. and you need to let go of this burden about your enemy (aka ur uncle). hatred is a toxic emotion, do not let it become your master... forgive your enemies is the best thing you can do...

as long as your uncle dun rape you, or force you into sex, or beat you up, what abuse are you talking about, in term of his action, that is not abuse, that is his character and his behavor, if he is toward you, so be it, defend, if cannot, move out of his sight, all these uncles and grandmas are consider history when you grew older, why go bother them, let them do what they want, it wouldn't be long before they will be gone, then you show begin. In the meantime, my suggestion is that, if you cannot beat him, join him.

i think ts should concertrate on his studies, get a good education in ozzy then go get a good job. things will change when he got a good income and become independence.
there ish a chinese saying, (for) a gentlement to take revenge, ten years is not too late (to wait). pls be gentle with the uncle when then time come. =P

We should teach TS to let go thing, not seek revenge which is bad for health and evil thought, forgive others as someone forgive upon you. Be kind, others do bad, we should not follow, be ourselves, nice nice and discipline like me.

storywolf, when you come out to the REAL world, you will get to know and see a lot of people with mental illness.
Then only do you judge. And no, none of them deserved to be bullied or ill-treated by people who think themselves are "normal".
When you ever see one with mental illness, learn to show sympathy and support instead of dunking them in the toilet.

Goodness gracious, this is getting abit warm. Nobody is right or wrong, just that we need to understand each other cyber characters. For example, Aunt/uncle kitty is well known here to give sarcastic remarks, and we enjoyed some of her...eh..it posting, jokes and straight forward remarks.
And Sista Jojo is also good in interpreting issue, she is able to logically spell out the solution step by step, just that she is a bit more strict and certainly, a no nonsense person with a commanding character.
For goodness sake, we are not new to this forum, in fact we are consider pioneer here, give ourselves a break ya, each of us got our own view, just respect each other will do ya.

I agree that everyone is entitled to their opinion.
BUT, I certainly won't allow a person to trample on another with mental or physical disadvantages.
The strong and healthy should be grateful for these gifts, help those who are not as fortunate. Not use them against the weak, that's wrong and should never be condoned.
I don't give a hoot about HK's other idiosyncratic postings in other forum, but this one here crosses the line.
HK owes TS an apology.
