any hairloss sufferers or ppl whom u know of? how do they live a normal life?
i am teriibly upset everyday over this problem and nothing seems to help....i tried being happy in front of others , going to the gym to buff up, being optimistic but nothing seems to help.. my current skin cond excema on my hands add on to my worries n upset.
everyday is a torture to me as i have this mentality that everybody is looking at my scalp which makes me very paranoid.
when ppl look at me, i just look away, cant seem to make proper eye contact with ppl because of my inferiority complex
yes i tried to be happy in front of others , i m considered fit-looking physique wise, but all these r means to hide my insecurity..even my colleaques mentioned to me why do i always have a negative attidude towards myself...
i told myself all these got to stop, i decided last yr to shave but i dragged on because i m just not confident of having the look...how many bald attractive Asian guys can we name, no one....
but if i dont shave, nothing will change, i will be the same , i will still feel inferior n even more so when my hair starts to recede fuurther.
i made up my mind not to take any mediactions or undergo hair trtment as its too expensive n it isnt effective based on my past hair trtments
wad should i do? how can i push myself to shave it all off ?
what hair, top or bottom or arm?
Try to cut short the remaining hair you have and that would make you look quite spiffy (like Sean Claude Van Damn).....instead of giving you the bald look otherwise.
I think being bald is fine, even if one is not good looking. And if you are really worried, go for hair implants. Got a friend who did that and is very happy with his life now.
Then again, if someone is bald, i may take a look at his scalp and that's it. I wouldn't discriminate him.
Err.....actually how bad is it anyways? Because sometimes it is ok.....it can be a sign of seniority.........you can look older and more mature.
Actually its very simple. Just go to a barber shop and have it shaved off. Just $10/=
Then see how it goes.
Good, go for regular shaves.
No good, let it grow, let it grow, let it grow.
B4 you shave make sure u r slim guy. Bald fat guys are very ugly n menacing looking. However, slim bald guys look nice and cool.
I just want to ask u a question.
Did you go to SGH and see a specialist?

genes. he asked about my parents hair condn, he told me its very obvios its male pattern baldness..
applied Indian Henna......
Dude,
I had a hair transplant and it saved me time and money and saved me some of my fading self esteem.
I had that receding hairline that went half way up my skull. Very obvious.
Tried herbal scalp shampoo, Beijing 101, Jean Yip herbal treatments, minoxidil. All only give back thin wispy hair and barely 20% original thickness, and no where near original hairline.
I found with hair transplant, sure, 10k (depends where u go) sounds like a lot, but if you use meds/herbal stuff/ Beijing 101's, then it will be a lifetime of $$$ which will cost far more than 10k/
My hair transplant has been stable for 4 years, with no loss of hairline, and my bald patch at the back is stable, but less noticeable because it is tanned from being in the sun- it's the front that counts more.
I should do another round of transplant to cover the bald patch and give a bit more thickness to the front, but can't afford the time off. Wish I had known when I was in my mid 20's man....
rather than leaving a few strands or cute puddles left and right......shave it off all....give it a cool and shine look...........it is oso an "in" thing to look shaved........if u want....u can add a little nice tattoo at the back of your head and a left ear diamond stud...........wowz........gals will kiss u dead.....

where do you go for the hair transplant?
you mean it gives you back your hair just like the past?
Looks like nowadays many people need em products to boost their self-esteem.
Baldness, pimples, bigger boobs, double eyelids... just to name a few.
Confidence can come from the inside. It's all in the mind.... in the mind! lol
Anyways, I dont mean u cant try n take care of it, but dont feel so mega bad about it man.

i m trying to make the 1st step to shave, but its so damn diffcult to make the 1st step.....i dont think tatoos and studs would be a good idea since i m working n no longer a student

It gives you the appearance of having hair. You can't get back your original hairline and thickness as if you are 18 years old. But by putting a certain density of hair along where you want the hairline to be, you give the impression you have hair.
What do I mean?
Well, the doctor told me that normal hair has a certain number of strands per square millimetre. So, to make people think they see you have hair, you put in at least 2-3 strands of hair per square millimetre, which is why they talk about transplants of 2,000, 2500 and 3000+ strands (or hair unit, as one unit can have 1, 2 or 3 strands of hair growing from it)
Sorry, I think I've made it sound more detailed than it needs to be :)
what hair, top, bottom or arm or yr..eh.. rear...??
Funny, people answered without knowing which part of the body hair??
nose hair
all my nose hair are falling out
shave totally if you cant find a way to recover to nornal.
its definitely better than those who have a few strings of hair and yet cling to it. it looks terrible.
look on the bright side mate, all the men I know with more than 6 figures networth are either bald or balding ....
yalor, shave it, the ang mo shave got hair also shave, their skull shape, very nice, clean and look handsome too, so manly.
For asian guy, most have flat back skull, shave bota look like stupid fool, add another 6 or 9 dots, can be shaolin monk liao.
Man, no hair nevermind lah, but for a woman, hairloss is a big problem, cos hair is one of our asset. Man no hair save a lot of money
Bald man give more sensual pleasure. Use the head...Ahhhhh.....
Well, I can only tell you to embrace baldness.
Just shave it all off. There are a lot of hot looking men who are bald.
Think Vin Diesel, Jason Statham, Edward Norton
