Frankly, a person leaving his/her motherland would probably have these few reasons,
1. escape the motherland's rule and regulation, like Uncle Hitman
2. No guts to face the real his/her own nation laws and requirement, like..uncle..
3. Unable to make a living here due to incompetency or simply, lazy
4. Committed a serious offence and run to other country to hide, can be cheat others,rape, evade army, etc etc..
5. Unable to compete with people of the same skill and qualification
6. Unable to take the sight of too much foreigners
7. A fix mentality of hatre toward govt
8. A mental illness that alway believe own motherland is like shit and other are good
9. Unable to meet up with own motherland standard of living cost
10. Wanted to earn more money elsewhere thereby betrayed motherland and be slave for other country.

dun worry lah, i got properties and connection in taiwan, my pub is also the sole agent of taiwan Hong Kao er Whisky, like sakae of jap and sio jiu of Korea. Many oldies like to drink, good for health. Our distribution is good in singapore, got many orders, so i got lots of free time shaking legs

aiya, u low educated lah, hong kao liang had been an ancient wine cum whisky for history, the other one is ni er hong, which we also have, it is best drink warm by heating it up, old folks loves it, cos it dun make them cough from to icing drink and also warm their coollllll organs

If you are thinking about buying something, in Singapore you can go anywhere within 5 to 10 mins to buy things, but for other countries you'll have to travel 30 mins to 1 hour to buy things....not very convenient mah...
