So let's say two teenagers, both 16 years old have sex and the girl ends up pregnant. Is it punishable by law in any way?
According to Singapore's Age of Consent, it is legal to have sex at the age 16 right?

why you want to have sex without a commitment of true love. At such an age, is disadvantage to the girl and also both of you if not ready to set up a family. The baby also may suffer as a result of improper upbringing of care and love.

but then u will end up in trouble with the female family as well as ya own parents..
you have uterly disgraced ya parents by having sex with a young girl... but did them proud by making her pregnant..

Under the law panel:
1. it is illegal for any person under the age of 16 to have sexual intercourse
2. any form of penetration of persons below 16 is considered statutory rape (be it oral, vaginal, or anal)
3. sexual intercourse between persons of age below 18 will be charged with underage sex.
basically, if girl is below 16, and had sex with you, it is charged as rape. even if she consented, or she raped you. if she is above 16, but below 18, it will be charged as underage sex. both parties are punishable. there is no way to hide from the law if she gets pregnant. even if you have an abortion, she'll need her parent's consent because she's below 18. and the police might be informed by the hospital/clinic staff.
medical staffs that tries to protect the parties are punishable by law as well if found guilty.

You must be 16+ if born in 1993.
It is legal to have consentual sex from age 16 upwards.
Below 16 consent does not count.
There is only the baby problem.
It will be a life long problem, one way or another.
You kill it, you will remember and keep counting the age for life.
You bear it, the responsibility is there for life.
My opinion, the second option is the better one.

The best is just don't get too close with the 16 and below incase you get overboard and break the laws. It's a serious crime.
