  Have you been to the doctor's to get prescription painkillers like Ponstan, or Diclofenac? Those usually work.

  My doc gave me normal painkillers. In addition he gave me some relaxant for the uterus to 'loosen' a little..

  choco, cannot always rely on painkillers if it's frequent leh...
  better to find out the reason behind it... can go gynae to check... cos sometimes it can be fibroids or whatever it's call leh...
