So much about health... chicken skin very very high in cholestrol leh...
Seem many pple spend time taking away the skin of the chicken when they eat chicken rice...so why not just tell the uncle to remove the skin for u...try tat...can one
We used to hte boneless chicken, now we want skinless chicken

Onli when i eat bai zhan ji den i'll remove e skin... So oily!!! But when eat roasted chicken den i'll eat e skin... But usually bai zhan ji tastes better.
