How much advantage (DC2 vs FC3S on Happo)

Given the scenario of a DC2 vs a FC3S on course Happo and boost on, assuming the FC3S is near to full tune and the DC2 is on a newly bought card, which car has more of an advantage? Pardon me for asking such a question, i quite a newbie at this. Just wanted to know. Pros out there, hope you can provide me with some answers. Thanks

Basically wif boost on... its hard to see any advantages lor... since the rear car will accelerate faster...end up.. it would look like a tough fight if both driver are average skilled(that is to avoid the walls)

I see, frankly speaking I was in such a situation. Happo is a course I have yet to run on often with my FC3S. I'm quite a newbie though my car is near FT with 900k points (I am not fast, just average), mainly earned from running the story mode.
Yesterday I was playing the ID Ver 2 when a guy came along to challenge me on Happo with a new DC2. We ran boost on, he allowed me to take the lead around 30m+ metres before he kicked off, halfway round the track, he overtook me on the long straights and lead all the way. At the finishing point we were 80m+ apart. So I was wondering do I really suck that much (The fact that I was using a near FT car against an untuned DC2).
lolx Maybe I should start practicing course Happo soon. -
Seriously speaking i personally find it abit hard to run happo with boost on. Cuz the curves are too frequent and its hard to slow down in time.
More ever, i personally don't like happo that much.. so nv bother practicing the map.. i juz get whats enough to win the AI thats all=X..
If u ask me, i think that guy muz be a DC2 user who always play happo lor... don worry too much la.. u will definately improve

Yah I agree, it requires a lot of throttle control, braking and fast steering work. not really... DC2 have more advantage... since FC is a FR car when u turn it will some how move further away... for happo wif some must tight curve it is a bad point.... but practice make prefect....
as DC2 is a FF car meanin front wheel drive... it will respond to turn quickly and when comin to tight turns... the car will not move out of the line too far allowin the car to stay in the correct line to make the successful turn... for FR cars like my RX-8 tend to wheel lock..
hum... my ver2 happo inbound record is 2.17... wif a DC2... still slow...

Its true that DC2 has an advantage at that course but with boost on, even if FC brakes more, it should be able to accelerate back to catch up de mah...

Actually with boost off, the match becomes interesting. DC2 has homecourse advantage, but FC itself isnt too bad on Happo, and it has startup advantage over the DC2 and hence can attempt to block the DC2

Overall, it is all depend on the driver's skilled. -
if it's a ver2 dc2 vs fc3s boost on.. the dc2 will win even though the fc has the boost.. in ver 2, somehow, dc2 iz quite overly powered.. but if it's in ver3.. the fc3s might have a chance to win wif boost.. without boost = bye bye~~!! taking into consideration that both players r equally skilled.. ..

u got a point there..
