  I was wondering how was the race between Bunta & Ryosuke Who will mostly win the races
  i) Bunta(AE85) vs Ryosuke(FC3S)
  ii) Bunta(AE86)(Normal Engine) vs Ryosuke(FC3S)
  iii) Bunta(AE86)(Racing Engine) vs Ryosuke(FC3S)

  I thought all along Fujiwara Tofu Shop using AE86 Trueno until when Takumi blew the engine at Akagi during the match with Sudo Kyoichi then Bunta went to replace the engine. And the GC8V came only after Project D.

  lol ya bunta never got to use the 85....i think he would stay far away from it too since it's such a crap car

  Bunta temporaly drive AE85 to buy a few packets cigarettes because Takumi use Bunta's AE86 to race with Mako & Sayuki at Shin Usui for the 1st stage. U see the 1st stage then u know it already.

  It is all depend on the driver skill no matter what cars he uses . It goes to the same as Bunta whether he uses AE85, AE86(Stock Trueno), AE86(Mechanical Trueno) or GC8V. Even Bunta or Ryosuke can use Itsuki's AE85(SOHC) to race against anyone of you using any type of cars(DOHC) .
