Got any tips for Akina DH in Ver.3? I used to be quite fast on the 4 hairpins, but now I cannot maintain the speed I had in Ver.2... -

For the 4 hairpins, i usually brake at the start of the last strip on the road..but that is for R34, so maybe AE86 is different....you might not want to use gutters first, first get a cornering speed closer to the optimum speed....for the s curves it is possible to full gas through (did it once with my R34, never been able to replicate it since) with practise...just try connecting the turns like Ryousuke's Maximum Velocity theory...for the Right Hand of Death which comes after the s curves, a good speed for the 86 would be 135-140..above that would be awesome....try to grab the gutter for this turn.. -

Hi all.. gotta ask the pros here in the game for some advice... regarding timing... here it goes..
My timing for ver 2 can reach for eg : Akina : 2:59.. But when i play ver 3.. the timing dropped drastically to 3:09 (If nothing goes wrong)... any way to further improve on it?
Car : AE86(Trueno) -
V3's speeds are all reduced from V2's by 10km/h. Hence a slower timing. But this is also good. Helps you think better when the speeds aren't so fast and you can properly plan your attack on the corners.
3:09 with an untuned Trueno? Can be faster. I hit 3:05:873 with my 30k Trueno.

I do agree that speed drops alot for v3
For example, for the 1st turn of akina DH, you can easily reach 160++ with any car any tune. But with V3, maybe you get only 150+
But then again... HaYa... give some tips leh..my bug 86(FT) stil 3.08.xxx nia le....sad...
