hi everyone i am a newbie using my friend lvl 11 evo VI.... just wondering what u guys mean about FD and 4WD and all other terms for cars? can anyone tell me what they mean? thanks...

FD iz juzt a name 4 a car, a 4WD, weo, iz a 4-wheel-drive...

FD is the model name for the 3rd gen RX-7
4WD means power is transmitted to all 4 wheels of the car
RWD means power is only transmitted to the rear wheels
FWD means power is only transmitted to the front wheels.
FR refers to a front engined, RWD layout. F for front, which denotes the engine's location in a car, and R for the drivetrain configuration
hence, FF means front engined, FWD.
MR means mid engined, RWD.
RR means rear engined, RWD
a car is said to be front engined if the engine sits ahead of the front axle.
if the engine is between the front and rear axles, it is said to be mid engined.
if the engine sits behind the rear axle, it is rear engined.

okie... thanks... but then how u noe what type of car yours is in game? when u press view change at starting does it show what type of car yours is? then does the different types affect your gameplay? im thinking of changing to the new rx8 when my friend COE expires... cos his evoVI sux... really... lvl 1 GDB also can win me

i dunno, but i reckon u should play 4 awhile longer, get more exp. den chose the car dar suits u
