Initial D 4th Stage (Updates)

Initial D 4th Stage ep. 1 & 2 was aired on April 17th in Japan, channel 183. Bad news is that it's going to take a long time for all the episodes to be aired.. (ep. 3 & 4 will be on air on June 19th; ep. 5 & 6 will be on air on August 21st .. etc.) There are total of 14 episodes in 4th Stage. Initial D 4th Stage is going to be viewed on a Pay-Per-View basis. Each episode is around 25 minutes in length. Brief summary of ep. 1 & 2: Takumi joined the team Project D that Ryousuke formed. Project D's goal is to beat the best racer and set a record time in opponent's home course. (Both uphill and downhill) And it's ultimate goal is to conquer the whole of Japan. In episode 1 & 2, Takumi will face a tough opponent from the team S.S.R - Tohru Suetsugu, who drives a Mazda Miata (MX-5 Roadster) and in episode 2, Takahashi Keisuke with S.S.R - Atsuro Kawai, who drives a FR GT Turbo (Nissan Skyline), and a EK9 (Honda Civic) shows up, it's next challenger will be...

Download now before it's gone! These movies come with English subtitles. The quality of the CG in Fourth Stage has improved to a whole new level. The graphics are a lot sharper. It's awesome..

I didn't tried the last video as nismo's Xvid site came up with quite a number of Codecs which i'm not sure which one it was, the URL that i have shown in this page is the one that I have just downloaded and it's working for me.. btw, i didn't get to see the opening and ending video by nismo..Originally posted by bismarck:i d/l it liaoz...

under the options of the player, look for the output tab under playback and try switching to system default. i experienced the same prob after dloadin stage 4, go dload DivX latest player, it includes the xvid codec and plays stage 4 like a dream.
**Warning Spoilers**
stage 4 uses cel-shaded cars much like the PS2 ID game, pretty nice, characters looked abit better, more matured but otherwise still pretty badly drawn wif the simpson like eye balls...music is moving towards more rock than trance, apparant in Move's new songs as well (i like it though...less beng and more befitting) first 2 battles are 86 vs Mazda Miata, R34 vs FD, not as exciting as stage 1 n 2...just hopes the shows pick up the pace a little in ep. 3 n 4 soon...
but overall nice...go Dload it! -

Initial D 4th Stage Episode 3 & 4 was aired on 19th June 2004 in Japan. The music style in these two episodes changed from rock back to Eurobeats. Brief summary of Episode 3 & 4: Project D challenges the team Toudou-Juku (Toudou Racing School) this time. Takumi will face an even tougher rival Daiki Ninomiya, the ace of Toudou-Juku. Takumi will race Daiki Ninomiya, who drives a yellow Honda Civic EK9, for a downhill battle.
