using trueno 86 to win in versus and how?

guys would like to know who's using trueno 86 for ver 3. would like to know whether you guy use your car to win those better cars like DC2. any chances? maybe at the same time. anyone can share some tips about making my trueno go faster... thanks..

Also try to find out which course are to your advantage...like akina, shomaru. And also the weather that are to your advantage...like dry, snow. And the direction of your course to your advantage...would be downhill.
I don't use a trueno although I have one to 120k points from ver2. But from observing people using it, can know the strength and weakness of it....so...I can tell you the braking of trueno is good followed by the acceleration and cornering abilities. But...I could be wrong since I don't use a trueno.

Hey there ... Me also using trueno option A tune ...
ahh ... the best is to quickly full-tune ASAP then your chances of winning is higher against the so-called better cars ... basically those with turbo lahz ... I'm sure you can feel the difference between your Trueno and those pesky Evos ... ( no offense to Evo drivers ... but they always take advantage of my trueno and race me to uphill Iro or Akina snow)
although I have won full-tune cars before ... they were more often than not in Akina ...
Basically if you are the challenger, race them to Akina dh dry, Happo IB/OB or ... follow my style: I usually challenge FISHERS back to Tsuchisaka IB/OB wet ... they almost always kenna smoked before first checkpoint ... Of course not always can win but most people cant really handle Tsuchisaka wet ... dunno y ... maybe cuz pple hardly play wet for that course? Its damn slidy and supposed to be anti-FR in my humble opinion ... so its kinda contradictory lahz hehheh -
And one advice ... dont bang the guardrails as much as possible ... especially for tune-A truenos ... When me and my friend were challenging each other to Akina/Happo/Irohazaka ... somehow his N-tune trueno is about 20 km/h faster on the exit than me even though during the corners he was raping the walls ... this is especially so for races against turboed cars and when u are behind ... one slight knock to your 86 will most certainly result in a big loss of distance ... even if its akina ... and if akina snow ... wah u bang u can raise white flag liaoz ... somehow my trueno if slightly touch the guardrail on the exit the speed can drop from 115 to 95 ... wth ...
This is my opinion based on what i experienced with my 500K A-trueno versus my friends 500K N-trueno and other cars ... so if i am wrong i apologise first -
yeah hitting anything with the trueno is deadly cause it has no turbo to pick up from the banging penalty...
ive experienced it too... they seem to impose this anime rule to the trueno... must be perfect one... cannot hit anything... hahaha
soon i'll be full tuned... and inspection is just around the corner... im gonna get an N tuned one...
oh yah what happens if i havent full tune and change course tune at inspection? -

ehh ... N-tune has better pickup after hitting the walls ... and maybe its because i'm lousy .. but my A-tune .. with its high-rev engine ... still loses to the N-tune at the start-up , but maybe cuz i'm lousy? lolz
