You should be able to find all the shifting points for yourself if you try it.

Oh yah...you think there is any difference between a transferred ver2 car and a brand new ver3 car...provided same cars. Which one faster? I think cars bought in ver3 is faster...of course I am not sure about it so I need to ask. You know anything regarding it?
