Ver 3. Trueno

I have a Ver 2 Tune A AE86 Trueno with about 600k points... I'm just wondering whether it's worth it to convert the card to ver 3... heard its quite good in ver3... or should I just start a new one?

If you like the car, you should transfer it over. Youre points are pretty high so I think you should just transfer instead of starting a new one. Cheaper right?

ya true or else u hav to spend more money getting that 600k again... so u jus transfer

agreed with the other guys...if you start a new car, you'll have to earn your points all over again. im sure you know the Full-Tune mark is 990k...if you have 600k now, the points will transfer over in case you dont know and you'll only have 390k left to earn before you reach full-tune.

Hi LH83, it is better for you to transfer your trueno from ver2 to ver3 provided you don't want to do any part change until you reached the modification at 600k.
So you will keep upgrading your car until 600k and after that you will be offered the option of part change. Of course your max modification points are still 990k and you will keep continue to auto upgrade your internals at different points stage until 990k.

Yup... just transferred it over to version 3 today... tried it on the first track... not bad... managed to clear the hairpin at around 187km/h... quite ok.... control's better in this version too...

Sorry, not to burst your bubble but if Myogi is the track you're talking about, you should be clearing that turn at 200+. I think all cars can do that now. I battled a Skyline at Myogi before with Boost Off. The Skyline is clearing that turn at 206/7 while my top speed for my WRX for the track and turn is only 203. It's the track which has the red civic as the last person to challenge... anyway, my trueno was just transferred, I didn't even have a basic tune yet... still stock....

you can clear it full throttle at 190+ with any car, stock, basic-tuned, full-tuned, anything. My R34 can clear it at full-speed (207) on the 2nd and 3rd laps, both directions. Myogi is soooooo easy now..and in battles, it's the one with the pick-up first which will (yes, will, if both drivers are skilled, not that this track takes much skill) win. So, an NB8C is the best battle car for myogi, coz it beats everyone at start-up. I've played against an FT NB8C on myogi before, there's just no way you can pass unless that guy screws up big time. And i drive a freaking skyline with a time of 2'54.
