Version 3!! AE86 question Version 3!!

  Hey all ...
  
  I have a question. I transferred my A-tune Trueno from version2 to version3 and apparently it was hit by the "version3 hachi-roku" bug. Meaning my 86 is no longer A-tune but N-tune.
  
  I would like to know if after inspection, if i change it back to A-tune, will i still get the engine upgrade to AE101 as well as change to the 12000rpm tachometer?

  N-Tune? that you means you retain the old engine...

  So scary....My ver 1 card when change to version 2 also turn from A to B tune. Guess I stick to my Ver 2 better.

  Just a question. Does this happen to every AE86 that transfers data from ver2 to ver3? Cuz I just transferred my car data a couple of days ago. *Prays hard that it's still tune A*

  Hmm, strange. I did transfer a ver2 AE86 to ver3. The points were about 35k when I transferred. When I reached 120k in ver3 I still got the 12k rpm engine. I did pick Tune A, didn't experience change to Tune N. Probably I'm lucky I guess.

  u are not the only guy...my AE86 does not have any thing happen to it...i still can have my tune A settings...but the sad thing is i LOST MY CARD

  I converted mine from ver2 also. But forgotten that the last tune i use is N-Tune, not A-tune
  
  So end up i can rev until 7Krpm despite it's the 12krpm tatometer.
  
  So end up i get new card also.
