I think the steering wheel has a little bit of difference. I actually set lower in ver3 than in ver2. Feels more heavy in ver3 than in ver2. Maybe it's just me

The handling of the cars is roughly still the same but the acceleration is now slower a bit. Most of the timings and speeds in ver2 cannot be achieved in ver3.
There is still home track for certain cars but there are changes. Example, DC2 is no longer the best in Iro, 6th track in ver2. It's supposed to be 1 of the EVOs.
