The trick cannot be done anymore..since there no more bugged version 2 machines left in singapore.

not too sure about the machines in sydney though. you'll only know if the machine is fixed after you have completed the bugging process. if it's fixed, your car points will be reduced to zero. if it's not, then you'll get your 999million points.

A better way to decrease your points (and to save money ) would be to play the 4 course maps AFTER you beat bunta 10 times. Try to get your points between 1000 and 2000. Then challenge bunta on the map where you beat him 10 times. Delibrately lose to him and your car should be bugged. If the machine's fixed, you'll get 0 points instead

those HMV machines have been moved to Chevons in jurong... the last place to bug cars... they still have version 1 machines there
