Parts change help

I heard that you can get diff tune parts for your car, ( tune d spoiler, tune a rim, tune c front spolier, etc.) I started off tune a, fully tunes and complete switched to tune b for my evo right now, and i wanted to get a tune c spoiler, and tune d wheels. how do change it?
Do i have to wait for my new tune B to full tune again? in order to get a certain tune part? But wouldn't the looks on my tune b switch to the new tune i chose? -
Also Any suggestions on tunning from Option A to Option B? Just started Option B finish A
