Hmm... i do agree that it was suppose to see lvl and determind the skill of a player.. but then there is such thing as pump lvl.... so end up i think u really nid to see for urself to consider the player good or not lor...
I got the money i also can pump 1 rainbow aura... but then maybe i can't even complete myogi?? LoL... -
my team got a gc8v level 31 with rainbow flame..
and is not by level pumping...
he really got the level himself by challenging... -

I got level 31 back in july. But......these days i don't play so often so my level has remained at level 30 or 31, keeps going up and down. -
