The existence of highly advanced (technologically and spiritually) Extraterrestrial Beings on Earth and in the Universe have been tightly kept secret from people for a very long time, because of the fear of many major organisations that it will impact them drastically. When a person/Being has advanced in soul level to a higher dimension, they will naturally have the self-less desire to help others, and not just be concerned about their personal well-being. This positive trait may not be easy to find on Earth, as most people on Earth are still on the 3rd dimensional evolutionary level, while most of the Extraterrestrials who are currently on Earth now, and who will be coming in the near future are of much higher dimensions (4th-12th dimensions mostly) and are highly advanced spiritually. It's the same case with a Higher Being like Jesus, Buddha and Guan Yin. They have advanced way beyond the level of Earth humans, and they naturally have the heart and Unconditional Love to help everyone else, over their personal well-being.
In the past, there were Extraterrestrials, who were spiritually-negative, who came to Earth and caused much problems, but they have mostly been made to leave the Earth in recent years, by the much higher level positive Extraterrestrials/Beings (Galactic Federation and Ashtar Command) currently guarding Earth's exterior space boundaries. This may sound fictional or movie-like sci-fi, but as we move along this new post-2012 Reality Timeline, all this information will be made public eventually, just as the Canadian ex-Defence Minister had disclosed in his recent video.
